We wanted to once again thank you for coming through for us in a crunch and saving the day. Our heater stopped working on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend. Eric reached out on Saturday (following a very late evening message left on Friday). I was under the crunch of getting to a wedding on Saturday when Eric reached out and left him on an endless hold and didn’t get to fully convey the issue. So another message was left Saturday evening (Technically Sunday morning) and like always a crew was here to fix the problem on Sunday. Our Labor Day plans were saved! I don’t know of any other vendor who (a) responds to calls on a weekend (and a holiday weekend on top of all of it) and (b) who actually services their clients on a weekend.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again and again, you guys are amazing. Your customer support is without peer and your technical support and service are so far and away above the rest of the competition that its laughable. Thank you all once again for being there for us! We love you guys!!!
Crystal clear pool renovated out pre-1960 installed indoor pool in late 2017. The renovation work done by Crystal Clear was extensive, including updating intake and outflow system, building stairs in the pool, installing lights, extending the shallow area, raising the floor, replacing the pool cover and enclosing the tracks below a new bluestone trim, removing and replacing the tile lining with gunite.
Crystal Clear’s cost estimate was extremely reasonable, and they came in on budget despite encountering unexpected major challenges.
